What You'll Do:

Assist in training new staff on operational procedures

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Production Technician or similar role
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
