Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end close activities for assigned countries/entities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support financial reporting, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany accounting activities, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and local finance teams.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in General Ledger (GL) / Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting

Hands-on experience with Month-End Close, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting and Variance Analysis

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Strong understanding of accounting standards and internal controls

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
