Job Summary
Support the Operation Support team by assisting with day-to-day inquiries and coordination across departments. This internship offers exposure to KPI reporting, staff hostel administration, and sales data analysis within a retail environment.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Assist the operation support team in handling and following up on routine inquiries.
• Support coordination with departments such as Distribution Centre, Merchandising, and HR on day-to-day operational matters.
• Help prepare monthly KPI reports (e.g., staff turnover, manpower planning, expense claims) under guidance.
• Assist in monitoring the outlet staff hostel, including basic upkeep and coordination of maintenance requests.
• Support the team in compiling and organizing sales data, and help identify basic trends for review by senior staff.

Internship Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic formulas/pivot tables a plus).
• Interest in retail operations; prior internship/part-time retail experience is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
