Internship Position – Human Resources

Main Duties/Responsibilities

1. HR Administration

· Assist with daily attendance monitoring, filing, HR documentation, employee records, and HR forms.

· Monitor and follow up on cleaner duties to ensure tasks are completed according to requirements.

· Employee Records and HR Documentation - Ensure confidentiality of employee information is maintained.

· Carry out tasks assigned by the Senior HR & Top Management from time to time.

· Filing and documentation

2. Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding

· Support recruitment activities including interview coordination.

· Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding documentation.

3. Job Description Management

· Maintain and update Job Description records

4. Learning and Development

· Assist in coordinating training programmes, maintaining training records, and supporting HRD Corp documentation and training administration

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Required

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

6. Willingness to learn and support various HR functions.

7. Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

8. Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Location: Menara JLand, Johor Bahru
Internship Duration: 3 – 6 months

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
