Sepenuh Masa IT SUPPORT ENGINER Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Intradeco Sdn Bhd Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

• Provide end user service support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot end user’s Computing issue, and hardware issue (PC, server, printer, etc.)..
• Provide troubleshooting and first-level diagnosis of IT problems
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in-first-out based on priority
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Provide onsite support on the shop floor when required and be sure any issue gets resolved in shop floor as soon as possible
• Troubleshooting simple network/voice issue and report the issue to the Global IT team respectively
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
• Work with oversea IT and Support Team
• Support shift rotation - 24x7

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
