WE ARE HIRING – LITIGATION CLERK

Location: Butterworth, Pulau Pinang

Paramjit Singh & Co. is looking for a dedicated and motivated Litigation Clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation files from commencement until completion.
• Draft legal correspondence and court documents.
• Prepare cause papers, court bundles and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies, hospitals, insurance companies and other relevant parties.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update litigation files and records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Law, Legal Studies or equivalent.
• Experience in litigation practice is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, organized, able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
