Full Time IT Technical Support - Based in Perak Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in E-Content (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer / Information Technology (Hardware)
• Know about IT Equipment.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license (B2/D)
• Proactive, independent, and understanding of the pressures and demands of clients.
• Experience in IT Network Operation capacity or/and a good understanding of the IT support operation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with good learning attitudes is encouraged to apply

Responsibility

• Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Set up, configuration and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Handling daily cases remotely and on-site support if needed.
• Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system and applications.
• Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabelling).
• Keep proper filing documentation.
