Job Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers when required.
• Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial machinery.
• Familiar with workplace safety requirements.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
