• Supervise and monitor all architectural works on-site, including:
• Wall installation
• Ceiling works
• Floor finishes
• Painting works
• Doors and windows installation
• Roofing works
• Waterproofing works
• External façade works
• Fit-out and finishing works
• Ensure all architectural works comply with:
• Approved construction drawings
• Project specifications
• Method statements
• Relevant codes and standards
• Client requirements
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and monitor work progress.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Coordinate with the structural, M&E, and QA/QC teams to avoid work conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, and coordination meetings when required.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient manpower, materials, and equipment are available to meet the project schedule.
• Conduct inspections before requesting consultant or client inspections.
• Ensure all defects, non-conformance issues, and punch list items are rectified promptly.
• Assist the QA/QC team with inspections, testing, and documentation related to architectural works.
• Ensure subcontractors follow approved shop drawings and construction methods.
• Monitor work progress against the project schedule and assist in recovery plans if delays occur.
• Maintain proper site records, including:
• Daily site reports
• Progress updates
• Inspection records
• Material delivery records
• Site instructions
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with company safety policies and site regulations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per hour
