Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger by accurately recording daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring all accounting records are complete and up to date.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and journal adjustments.
• Assist in tax-related matters, including SST, withholding tax, and statutory filings where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation and proper cost allocation.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation.
• Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
