Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Site Safety Supervisor di Gadang Engineering (M) Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all site operations are conducted in accordance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee and enforce compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Perform routine site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Analyze near misses, incidents, and accidents to determine root causes and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training sessions and briefings to staff and subcontractors.
• Lead investigations of workplace accidents or incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Carry out special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and other relevant duties as needed.
• Ensure daily site activities comply with health, safety, environmental, legal, and corporate standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in construction project.
• Possession of a valid Yellow Book issued by the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Malaysia, is an added advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Johor Bahru.
