Job descriptions :

a) Supporting the running of Yayasan Canselor OUM (YCOUM)

• Assist with donor communication using prepared templates for initial correspondence.
• Support administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Monitor and coordinate alumni and staff campaigns.
• Update and improve Yayasan's processes and procedures to ensure structured operations.
• Ensure routine activities are carried out consistently and properly tracked.
• Provide continuity as a back-up resource when required.

b) Supporting General Operations at the President/Vice-Chancellor's Office (PVC)

• Assist in tracking the PVC's activities for reporting purposes.
• Provide backup secretarial support whenever necessary.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
