Position: Delivery Driver

Reports to: Assistant HOD / HOD

Department: Warehouse & Central Kitchen (Pastry)

Summary of Position

The Driver is responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and accurate delivery of vegetables, dry stock, pastry items, and other materials to outlets within Klang Valley and outstation when required. This role also supports daily warehouse operations, assists in loading/unloading goods, and ensures all delivery activities comply with company SOPs. The Driver plays a key role in maintaining product quality during transit and representing the company professionally during deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver vegetables, dry stock, and pastry items within Klang Valley and to outstation locations (if required).
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from the lorry together with the assistant driver.
• Ensure delivery items are handled properly to avoid damage or spoilage.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of company vehicles (lorry/van).
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition and report any issues promptly.
• Follow delivery schedules, routes, and instructions according to daily operations plan.
• Ensure all delivery documents, DOs, and acknowledgements are completed accurately.
• Assist Warehouse Team in stock arrangement, packing, or other ad-hoc operational tasks.
• Comply with safety rules, food hygiene standards, and company SOP at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and adaptability.
• Flexible to work shift duties, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• Physically fit with good stamina; able to lift goods when required.
• Punctual, disciplined, and committed to completing tasks on time.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / High School or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid GDL driving licence.
• Healthy and fit physical body and free from any critical disease
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in delivery or driving heavy vehicles.
• Experience in food delivery, cold truck, or logistics industry is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
