Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform production processes to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on products during production.
• Report machine malfunctions, product defects, or production issues to the Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Assist with product packing, labeling, and material handling when required.
• Record production data, output, downtime, and quality information accurately.
• Ensure raw materials and finished products are handled properly to prevent damage or waste.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school/SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
