Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di IAQ Energy Facility Management Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities: -

• Assist the Project Manager on all activities that are carried out at the construction site;
• Responsible for material quantities take-off, build bill of materials;
• Familiar with Pre-contract and post-contract works;
• Assist the Commercial Department in materials procurement;
• Perform quality control at construction sites.

Requirements: -

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction management/ Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years working experience in the construction industry;
• Familiar with engineering cost and industry standards;
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
• Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
