Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related engineering discipline.

Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or other recognised Quality Management System (QMS) certification will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), construction quality control, and quality auditing.

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within construction or infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality audits, inspections, and compliance programmes.

Experience managing non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective actions, document control, and quality reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams..

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. •

Establish and manage project quality plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and inspection frameworks throughout the project lifecycle. •

Lead quality inspections, testing activities, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards. •

Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective actions, and preventive measures to drive continuous quality improvement. •

Conduct quality audits, site inspections, and compliance assessments to monitor project quality performance. •

Maintain quality documentation, records, registers, and reports to ensure effective document control and traceability. •

Provide quality leadership, technical guidance, and training to project teams to promote quality awareness and best practices. •

Coordinate with clients, consultants, testing laboratories, engineering, construction, and HSE teams to resolve quality-related matters and achieve project objectives.
