Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. •

Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM), Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI), or equivalent environmental certification will be an added advantage. •

Strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 14001, Environmental Management Plan (EMP), environmental regulations, and construction environmental compliance

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in environmental management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects. •

Experience in environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, authority liaison, environmental reporting, and audit coordination. •

Familiarity with DOE requirements, environmental impact mitigation, ISO 14001 implementation, and environmental management systems. •

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Environmental Management Plan (EMP) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, approval conditions, and company Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements. •

Plan and oversee environmental monitoring programmes, including air quality, noise, water quality, waste management, and vibration monitoring. •

Ensure project compliance with statutory environmental requirements, authority approval conditions, and ISO 14001 standards. •

Conduct environmental audits, site inspections, and compliance assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions. •

Prepare environmental reports, regulatory submissions, compliance documentation, and environmental performance reports for management review. •

Liaise with environmental authorities, consultants, and regulatory agencies on inspections, approvals, audits, and compliance matters. •

Lead environmental awareness programmes, toolbox briefings, and training initiatives to promote sustainable construction practices. •

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to continuously improve environmental performance throughout project execution.
