Role Description The Senior CNC Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayan Lepas. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for high-precision machining and milling operations. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling and machining strategies, setting up and proving out programs on CNC machines, and troubleshooting machining issues. The role involves collaborating with machinists, engineers, and production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawing and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in CNC Programming, including creating, modifying, and optimizing programs for complex parts.
• Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling operations, including setup and operation of CNC machines.
• Solid Programming skills related to CNC control systems and relevant CAM software.
• Experience in high precision tooling or similar manufacturing environments.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
