The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you are the engine room of our project delivery. You won’t just be documenting; you will be the driving force supporting our Project Leaders in navigating projects from inception to completion. You will bridge the gap between vision and reality, ensuring our projects are technically flawless and delivered on schedule.

Key Impact Areas:

• Precision Documentation: Lead the Design Development, Tender, and Construction phases with expert-level Revit modelling, documentation accuracy and quality control.
• Strategic Coordination: Act as the central technical link between internal design teams, construction teams, and external consultants (Structural, Civil, MEP Services).
• Technical Problem Solving: Resolve complex design, technical and construction issues with a keen eye on details.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with our international offices to maintain seamless, cross-border communication and project synergy.

The Requirements

This role is based in our Kuala Lumpur studio, Malaysia. Prospective candidates must be a Malaysian citizen or hold Malaysian permanent residency with rights to work.

• The Foundation: A Tertiary degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• The Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in complex architectural/interior construction projects and detailed documentation.
• The Tools: Mastery of Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of BIM protocols and Cloud-Sharing applications is recommended.
• The Experience: Previous experience in Industrial, Commercial and Mixed-Used Developments is preferred.
• The Language: Strong English proficiency with the ability to manage inter-team reports and professional correspondence.
• The Edge: Direct or previous experience with Australian building standards or the AU architecture, planning and construction industry is a distinct advantage.
