We are seeking a Solution Consultant to support sales engagements through solution design, discovery, and proposal development. This role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into well-structured Microsoft-based solutions, supporting both pre-sales and customer-facing discussions with confidence and clarity.

• Support sales engagements with presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
• Conduct discovery meetings and translate customer requirements into solution designs.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work (SOWs), and technical write-ups.
• Provide solution input for Microsoft 365, security, and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft technologies, licensing, and best practices.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Defender, Entra ID).
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical consulting roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing confidence.
• Ability to produce clear, structured proposals and documentation.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS‑900, SC‑900, AZ‑900, or equivalent experience are an advantage.
• Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
