Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
To assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the designs/drawings for construction.
To check and recommend solutions to the design documents problems, including conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions.
To liaise with all the consultants and or clients in expediting drawings and related information.
Ensure completion of final project documentations.
To liaise with consultants, and subcontractors in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certifications.
To coordinate, control all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural construction works on site.
To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
Any others responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
At least 3-5 years working experience in related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client-facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
