Role Description The Corporate Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for engaging corporate clients to understand their training needs, designing tailored learning solutions, and presenting these solutions to key stakeholders. The consultant will manage the end-to-end presales and sales cycle, including proposals, product demonstrations, and negotiations, while ensuring alignment with Vertical Institute’s training offerings. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs analyses, preparing client-facing materials, coordinating with internal teams to scope and deliver programs, and tracking project progress to meet agreed timelines and outcomes. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and providing ongoing advisory support on workforce development and digital upskilling.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into effective training solutions.
- Consulting experience with the ability to advise corporate stakeholders on learning strategies and workforce development initiatives.
- Presales and sales capabilities, including solution presentation, proposal development, pipeline management, and client negotiation.
- Project management skills to oversee implementation of corporate training programs, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Client-facing experience in education, training, HR, or related B2B services is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple engagements, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
