Technical Support Engineer (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and troubleshoot website, system, API, and network-related issues.

* Assist with API integration, testing, deployment, and system maintenance.

* Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

* Support website updates and technical implementations.

* Work closely with the team to improve system performance and workflows.

* Research, learn, and adapt to new technologies when required.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

* Basic understanding of APIs, databases, networking, and web technologies.

* Familiar with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, C#, etc.).

* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

* Able to research and solve problems independently.

* Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) is an advantage.

* Experience with WordPress is an advantage.

* Fresh graduates with personal projects or portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
