Full Time Forwarding Assistant - Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in SH COGENT LOGISTICS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Essential Duties:

• Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments at Westport.
• Assist with cargo inspections, scanner examinations, SIRIM procedures, and K1 documentation for returned import cargo.
• Liaise and coordinate with Customs Officers on behalf of customers to facilitate cargo clearance.
• Attend appointments with Customs agents (UKE) at Wisma Kastam Selangor, Pulau Indah.
• Prepare, organize, file, and maintain shipment and customs documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Coordinate the movement of customers' goods throughout the supply chain, from origin to final delivery.
• Ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality transportation and logistics services.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise shipment scheduling to ensure on-time execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and all safety and operational requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Min SPM or Diploma / Bachelor’s degree certificate in a related field
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
