Job Description:

• Assist in handling daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and accounting records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payment matters.
• Assist in inventory and stock reconciliation when required.
• Support external auditors, tax agents, and management with accounting documentation.
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (experience with AutoCount or SQL Accounting is an advantage).
• Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
