Job Description :

• Assist Project Manager/Engineer in daily project coordination and site activities
• Support preparation and updating of technical documents, drawings, and project reports
• Monitor project progress to ensure work follows schedule and specifications
• Assist in site inspection and report any project issues or defects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams for project requirements
• Maintain proper filing of engineering documents, drawings, and project records
• Assist in preparing site progress reports and meeting minutes
• Support procurement process (material request, delivery tracking, documentation)
• Ensure compliance with project safety and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Project Engineer or Project Manager

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to read and understand basic technical drawings (advantage)
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work on-site if required
• Strong willingness to develop technical and project management skills
• Able to manage time and multitask effectively

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
