Kerja Sepenuh Masa Fulfilment Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di NSK Grocer (KL) Federal Territory - Maukerja

1. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and supervise the e-commerce operations team in daily order fulfilment, returns, and logistics coordination.
• Plan and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational deliverables.

2. Order Fulfilment & Logistics Management

• Oversee order syncing, processing, and fulfilment across all e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders in coordination with warehouse and 3PL partners.
• Manage and monitor return parcels, ensuring proper QC, repacking, and stock updates.
• Work closely with 3PLs on delivery issues, return handling, and service performance.

3. Stock Management, Forecasting & Planning

• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient replenishment for campaigns and daily operations.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and reporting between system and warehouse inventory.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Review and validate Delivery Orders, Invoices, and GRNs for operational accuracy.
• Prepare regular performance reports, including order summaries, fulfilment efficiency, and stock status.
• Support management with data insights for decision-making and process improvements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
