Kerja Sepenuh Masa Indirect Purchaser, Gaji tinggi MYR 9,000 di SINGDA SUPERALLOY(M)SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Main Duties

• Source and buy daily indirect items: PPE, hardware, gloves, cleaning supplies, maintenance parts and office goods
• Collect purchase requests from all departments, standardize product demands
• Issue RFQ/RFP, compare vendors, negotiate price, delivery and service terms
• Draft, track and renew service & supply contracts, manage SLA terms
• Evaluate supplier performance, resolve late delivery or defective goods issues
• Create POs in ERP system, track total spend and submit cost saving reports
• Minimize unapproved off-contract purchases (maverick spend)
• Communicate with internal teams to follow company procurement policies
• Ensure all purchasing activities meet compliance and audit requirement

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years indirect procurement experience, familiar with PPE/hardware/MRO sourcing
• Able to do cost comparison and basic TCO analysis
• Proficient in Excel and procurement ERP systems
• Good negotiation, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented, honest and strict with compliance rules
• Supply chain/business degree preferred; CIPS/CPSM certification is a plus

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
