Job Responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
• Convert interested prospects into test orders.
• Coordinate and confirm customer demo sessions.
• Provide product information and guide customers on test order preparation.
• Hand over qualified leads to the Sales Executive for follow-up and closing.
• Maintain accurate daily records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, pre-sales, or sales support. (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and WhatsApp.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
