Job Summary

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations to ensure the efficient, safe and consistent manufacture of CEPCO products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor production performance, maintain accurate production records, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Job Description

• Support the achievement of monthly production targets through effective planning, coordination and monitoring while maintaining product quality standards.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly production report, ensuring data accuracy for transparency and ease of monitoring.
• Maintain production records in the ERP system, monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, perform necessary stock adjustments, and generate production reports.
• Attend and record any breakdowns that are causing halt of Production. Analyses Production equipment’s idle time and keep track of the Production performance while ensuring corrective actions are carried out
• Review, develop and implement production procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistently compliance.
• Assist with QA/QC activities including audits, defects analysis and raw material inspection, cube strengths monitoring and etc.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of finished goods, maintain accurate inventory records, assess product readiness for delivery, coordinate necessary repairs or rework, and monitor ageing inventory to optimise inventory utilisation and minimise waste.
• Monitor the condition of production moulds and related accessories, and determine whether they are fit for use, require repair or need replacement.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work environment in accordance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
• Investigate operational issues, recommend process improvements, and prepare reports and proposals to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems and production reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
