Full Time QAQC Executive-Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in CONCRETE ENGINEERING PRODUCTS BERHAD Johor - Maukerja

Job Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain product quality and compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements. You will also support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Job Description

• Ensure products consistently meet quality standards through effective quality control of raw materials, mix designs and production processes
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Lead the investigation on any defects and reject product.
• Manage all QAQC and ISO-related documentation and records, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and certification requirements.
• Monitor external calibration status for all equipment used (weigher, tensile, machine, cube crushing machine, pressure gauge, caliper, temperature gauge, etc.).
• Do internal calibration for few equipment (batching plant weigher, ruler, caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
• Conduct laboratory trials for new raw materials or evaluate materials from new suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product quality issues, complaints or testing requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors from SIRIM, IKRAM, etc.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting and QC Monthly Report.
• Coordinate with Procurement to evaluate supplier quality performance.
• Support Sales department by preparing QAQC documentation

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and quality assurance systems.
• Familiar with ISO standards, quality documentation, and audit processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
