Job Responsibilities

• Source and secure new Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.
• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor company operations and staff performance to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Resolve project and technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.

Pre-Screening Questions:

• Do you have practical experience using AutoCad to prepare or amend HVAC drawings?
• Do you have experience handling HVAC projects from site survey and quotation through installation, testing and project handover?
• Do you have experience reading technical drawings, floor plans, tender documents, Bills of Quantities and HVAC specifications?
• Are you willing to travel to project sites when required?

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
