Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Admin, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Metcal Technologies (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• To implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and targets, for example tele-sales.
• To assist the sales manager/senior in issuing quotations and follow up.
• To maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• To manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately, providing regular updates and reports to the management / director.
• To coordinate with internal departments, including calibration services, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• To participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• To negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
• To monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
• To perform any other duties as determined by the Management, which is considered beneficial to the Company and within your capabilities, without detriment or bringing injury to yourself.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in customer service related.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, independent and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
