What You'll Do

1. Content Creation & Production

• Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative videos, photos, captions, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit content to deliver high-quality and engaging materials.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, and audience preferences.

2. Brand Representation

• Represent the brand professionally across digital platforms and customer-facing content.
• Participate in video content, live sessions, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Communicate brand messages clearly and authentically to build audience trust.

3. Content Strategy & Campaign Support

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop content ideas, campaign concepts, and creative approaches.
• Suggest new and innovative content ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Assist in developing content calendars and ensuring consistent content delivery.

4. Audience Engagement

• Create relatable and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor audience feedback, comments, and engagement trends to improve future content.
• Support community engagement activities across social media platforms.

5. Performance Monitoring

• Track content performance and provide insights on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Analyse trends and recommend improvements to enhance content effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Creative Arts, or related fields.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media platforms.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Passionate about creating engaging and impactful digital content
