We are representing our client a Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Supply Chain Solutions industry. They specialize in end-to-end import/export logistics, customs brokerage, air/sea freight forwarding, and cross-border transport services.

Main Responsibilities

• Customs & Compliance: Lead end-to-end import/export clearance, HS code classification, ZB/uCustoms submissions, and liaison with government agencies (Customs, MAQIS, SIRIM, MITI, etc.).
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily air, sea, road, FCL/LCL, and cross-border shipments, ensuring accurate shipping documentation (BL, AWB, COO, etc.) and smooth execution.
• Team & Client Leadership: Direct and train customs officers/executives, serve as the primary advisor for client customs queries, and develop operational SOPs.
• Cost & Performance Control: Negotiate freight rates, validate vendor invoices, and track team KPIs to optimize clearance speed and profit margins.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or above.
• Experience: 5+ years in freight forwarding with hands-on customs clearance & declaration experience.
• Core Technical Expertise: Proficient in HS/HTS coding, uCustoms/ZB submissions, duty/tax structures, and handling FCL, LCL, Airfreight, Cross-border & DG cargo.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills under fast-paced timelines.

Additional Information:

• Location: Klang, Selangor
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Sat (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
