We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Part-Time Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, helping us source, screen, and select top talent for our expanding business tracks. This position offers excellent exposure to corporate recruitment, HR operations, and candidate evaluation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Active pipeline building by posting job advertisements across various portals (Indeed, FastJobs, Telegram, etc.) and sourcing potential applicants.
• Resume Screening: Review inbound resumes daily to evaluate candidates against core criteria, ensuring a strong alignment of skills and mindset.
• Initial Screening & Vibe Checks: Conduct initial shortlisting, phone screeners, or brief virtual interviews to assess candidate communication, motivation, and suitability.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the interview calendar for hiring managers, ensuring candidates receive timely updates and Zoom links.
• Database Management: Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers to ensure accurate candidate data and seamless follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
