Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and partners.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive products, financing, and customer management.
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A valid Class 3/3A license with a validity of 2 years (required*)

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
