ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Assistant cum Cook to join our team. This dual-role position involves supporting kitchen operations, assisting in cooking, and ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kitchen Operations
- Assist the chef in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and side dishes according to recipes and instructions.
- Cook and assemble menu items with consistency and quality.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food supplies.
- Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
- Support catering setups and bulk orders when required.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and attend to their needs in a polite and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide product knowledge when required.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
Operations & Service Support
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Support kitchen or bar team when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Comply with company SOPs and service guidelines.
Teamwork
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Be flexible to assist in different service areas when required.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.

- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain one).
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
