Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is an internship position based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The intern will support daily HR operations such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and preparing HR-related documentation. Responsibilities include helping with HR policy implementation, coordinating employee benefits administration, and supporting personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic HR reporting. The role may involve assisting in recruitment logistics, scheduling interviews, organizing training sessions, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, ensuring accurate data handling and compliance with company guidelines while gaining hands-on experience in core HR f

unctions.


Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to assist with policy communication and benefits administration.
  • Interest or experience in Personnel Management to help manage employee records and support workforce-related activities.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems or databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and manage time effectively.
