Full Time Senior IOS Engineer Jobs, in CXC Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help scale and improve the engineering platform that powers our mobile applications.

In this role, you'll focus on enhancing build systems, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and developer tooling to help engineering teams deliver high-quality apps faster and more reliably. You'll work closely with mobile engineers and platform teams to solve large-scale engineering challenges that improve developer productivity and app performance across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and Xcode
• Strong understanding of iOS application architecture, build systems, and release workflows
• Experience working with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience improving build pipelines, automation, and deployment processes
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and diagnostics
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset focused on automation and scalability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams

What You'll Do:

• Own and improve iOS CI/CD pipelines to increase build speed, stability, and deployment reliability
• Enhance build systems, automation tooling, and dependency management processes
• Optimize release workflows and support App Store deployments
• Investigate and resolve build, release, and performance bottlenecks
• Improve engineering observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Partner with mobile engineers to streamline development workflows and reduce operational friction
• Develop platform-level solutions that improve app quality, reliability, and scalability
• Drive best practices across build, release, and mobile platform engineering
• Support hotfix, release management, and engineering productivity initiatives
• Contribute to the evolution of the mobile developer experience and engineering platform roadmap
