Job Description
- Design strategic initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem-solving methodologies to drive supply growth and improve ecosystem healthiness within Shopee’s Livestream & Video business line
- Identify gaps in creator acquisition, retention, and content quality; initiate transformational projects to optimize the balance between aggressive GMV growth and platform integrity
- Be involved in complex end-to-end strategic projects - from hypothesis generation, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling; through cross-functional planning and stakeholder alignment; to operational deployment and impact measurement
- Acquire a deep understanding of the content commerce dynamics (affiliate economics, viewer behavior, compliance risks) to effectively manage deliverables and resources across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Act as the strategic point of contact between BD leadership and function stakeholders to drive project success and ensure execution excellence
- Work with key partners to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement, such as optimizing incentive structures, enhancing creator tiering systems, and mitigating low-quality content risks
- Communicate and present findings, data-backed analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management in a structured, MECE manner
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in strategy consulting firms is a strong advantage
- Superb business acumen with a desire to own strategic outcomes and drive execution excellence
- Possess in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design, and execute solutions to complex business opportunities in high-growth digital ecosystems
- Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data-backed analysis in a structured manner
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for seeing projects through from concept to reality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
