Full Time Assistant Key Account Manager Jobs, in Vivo Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and authorized retailers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and product launches in collaboration with internal teams and business partners.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, merchandising standards, and market opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering effective business solutions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of sales and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company's retail network.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience managing distributors, retail partners, or key accounts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Possess a valid driving license, own transportation, and be willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
