Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for training and team building services
• Proactively follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into clients
• Conduct compelling, tailored sales presentations to meet client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales support
