Job Descriptions

• Drive and close high‑value AV solution opportunities within the assigned sector
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with internal design, admin, project teams, and manufacturers to deliver integrated solutions
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching, set individual quotas, and monitor performance metrics

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience engaging the assigned vertical markets (Education & Healthcare, Government, Hospitality & Entertainment) with established industry contacts
• Diploma in Engineering or at least 2 years’ experience in B2B solution/technical sales
• Relevant technical sales knowledge or experience preferred.
