Join our events team to plan and deliver engaging team building and training programs. You'll gain hands-on experience in corporate event execution, from preparation to on-site coordination, while learning how to create impactful experiences for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-event planning, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
- Support on-site execution such as registration, client assistance, and activity setup
- Help capture event moments through photos, videos, or content notes
- Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth program flow
- Real-world experience in event management and execution
- Exposure to a wide range of industries and corporate clients
- A pathway to transition into a full-time Event Management Executive role
