Responsibilities
- To provide leadership, direction and management of construction projects, as well as maintenance and repairs of building premises.
- To oversee the planning of the overall project/work schedule and required resources such as manpower, equipment and transportation
- To monitor work progress to ensure timely completion
- To ensure quality work delivery in accordance with approved method statements and contract specifications
- To ensure works are been carried out in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks
- To oversee project finance to ensure works are completed within the allocated budget
- To ensure strict compliance with relevant government regulations and contractual obligations
- To oversee the preparation and submission of documentation and drawings to the relevant government agencies, clients, consultants and/or main contractors.
- To engage and manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
