This internship offers a full behind-the-scenes view of how a modern F&B brand is built and run. Interns will be exposed to the full AZ F&B ecosystem – from marketing and content creation to finance tracking, stock management, product storytelling, and team coordination.Beyond day-to-day operations, this is a chance to understand how an F&B business actually works on the ground – 

how decisions are made, how systems are built, and how people, product, and operations come together to keep the brand running 

and growing.

Job Description

• Support and manage day-to-day F&B operations across marketing, finance, inventory, content, and team coordination
• Assist in creating marketing materials and content for brand visibility and promotions
• Support product shooting and visual content creation for menu and social media use
• Assist in stock take processes and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Gain exposure to basic finance tracking, including daily sales, cost monitoring, and reporting
• Support people management tasks, including coordinating team workflow during operations
• Help maintain overall brand consistency across customer experience, visuals, and operations
• Understand how an F&B business is structured and scaled through systems and execution
• No prior experience required – just curiosity about how F&B brands are built and run
