EdgeProp.sg is Singapore's property intelligence platform, trusted by realtors, agencies, and homebuyers for listings, market data, and news. Our Account Managers help Singapore's top real estate agents grow their business through our listing/analytic subscriptions, branding campaigns, and digital marketing solutions.

The Role

This is a hybrid account management and business development role. You'll start with a warm base of existing agent clients to manage and grow — and you'll also be expected to build your own book by prospecting for new clients. 

Day to day, you will:

• Manage and grow relationships with your assigned agent accounts

• Prospect and pitch to new realtor clients — at industry events, roadshows, agency visits, provided leads and through your own outreach

• Advise clients on listing subscriptions, branding packages, and campaign options

• Follow through on client requests with support from our admin and marketing teams

• Contribute simple social media content for your accounts

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Team Environment

You'll own your own accounts and results — but you won't be working in isolation. The team meets regularly to share market intelligence, debrief on client conversations, and strategise together on approach. If a client is tricky or a pitch needs a second perspective, your teammates are a resource, not competition. It's an environment where individual accountability and collective support sit side by side.

Who Does Well Here

No sales experience required — several of our strongest performers came from retail, hospitality, and service backgrounds. What matters: you're comfortable approaching people you haven't met, organised enough to manage [50+] client relationships, and motivated by performance-based earnings. If you only want to service existing accounts, this isn't the right fit — the earning upside here comes from growing your own book. An interest in property or digital marketing helps.
