JOB REQUIREMENT

Responsible for overall project document control and management as per company or project specific procedure. Custodian of all incoming & outgoing official transmittals and responsible for IDC process within team.

Responsible for allocation of document number to documents,  maintain traceability of revision history and of their logging into Company document management system from the bid phase till project completion.

Responsible for management of incoming documents, logging, filing, document management and internal distribution (as applicable)

Responsible for management of document transmission to external parties, including preparation of transmittal, logging, filing and document management (letters, faxes, etc.).

Promote and enforce use of standard templates and formats for proper document preparation, distribution & storage. Responsible for data management including upload, report generation etc. in Windchill program. Periodic review of Windchill system for suggesting improvements and assist in system maintenance with assistance from IT department.

Responsible for miscellaneous document control activities like copying, formatting, scanning, document binding, generation of folders spine, control of records/standards/specification in Library etc.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Graduate or Diploma or equivalent

Working Experience
5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry. Basic IT competency in Microsoft Office suite, E-mail
