Tanggungjawab

Responsible for setting out, surveying, resolving technical difficulties, and ensuring projects are built to exact structural specifications, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, map out structural boundaries, and conduct precise site surveys and leveling.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Inspect materials, test structural integrity, and ensure all building works strictly comply with local safety standards and statutory regulations.
  • Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities, allocate tasks to the labor force, and supervise subcontractors to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Cost & Procurement: Assist in calculating material quantities, manage on-site inventory, and negotiate with vendors to control project expenses.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify design discrepancies or field obstacles and provide immediate technical advice and engineering solutions
